DailyCandy for $125M?

PaidContent.org reports that DailyCandy has been sold to Comcast Interactive Media for $125M — down from what was supposedly the $130M post-money valuation from a couple years ago. Given their user metrics (2.5M subs — not sure how many are active?) seems like a mighty fine exit for DC.
